Salukionline has the right to refuse to publish any advertising for any reason, without any advance notification to the advertiser. Salukionline also reserves the right, to remove any advertisement which Salukionline reasonably concludes may infringe upon trademark, copyright, right of publicity or like rights of any third party.

If there is an error in your ad, please notify us so we can correct the error as soon as possible.

By placing an ad on Salukionline, advertisers agree not to hold us liable for errors for any remedy or claims from a third party.

It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to obtain permission for the use of all protected materials in the advertisement. Protected materials include trademarks, service marks, artwork, photographs or other copyrighted material.

By submitting the ad, you certify that you have obtained permission from the lawful copyright holder of all copyrighted material. The advertiser warrants that by displaying the ad, Salukionline will not infringe upon or violate the trademark rights, copyright, right of publicity or any other right of any third party.

The Advertiser shall indemnify Salukionline and shall defend and hold Salukionline harmless from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorney fees, arising out of any claims by third parties that Salukionline’s display of the ad infringes upon or violates the trademark, copyright, right of publicity or any like right of any third party.
